Job Description
Provide user-centered designs using industry best practices, user research and various UX methodologies to ensure the best experience for our customers
who use CME applications/front ends. Collaborate with both business and technology teams to gather user research and requirements; propose the best usable solution. Support cross-domain and strategic initiatives. Help prioritize UI enhancements based on user feedback and UX standards. Work with junior team members to ensure their work follows the teams recommendations. Mentor junior team members to ensure they grow in their roles and in their knowledge of CME and it's user base. Work with project teams and development teams to ensure their applications serve the needs of the customer.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Create wireframes and develop hi-fi and low-fi prototypes. Document and maintain detailed user-interface specifications. Document user flows, user
interactions for interface/UI. Mentor junior members.
• Determine CME Standards and best practices, promoting usability.
• Document Information Architecture (IA) of web applications and/or websites. Conduct and review research findings or requirements for grouping of content
within navigation structures. Recommend Information Architecture structures that follow best practices, and optimal usability.
• Execute on various methods of user research. Analyse data gathered from research methods and report out to team members and business stakeholders.
Recommend research methods appropriate for gathering required data. Mentor junior team members on research methods.
