The Headlines
The Business Process Manager - Asset Care is a position within the Business Process Excellence group focused on regional U.S. based supply chain integrated processes associated with managing the flow of Asset Care related Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) master data through the Molson Coors Network within North America. This role also includes processes related to maintenance of assets within breweries and store room movements.
In this role, you will work closely with the Global Business Services (GBS) Center, Global Process Leads, IT Business Partners, and other members of business units and functions to drive innovation and continually benchmarking against leading practices.
The Responsibilities
This will require the individual to operate effectively in the following areas:
- Supporting and providing input and governance across the execution and strategy areas of the business processes related EAM master data and Asset Care processes through the Molson Coors Network.
- Full involvement in the energizing and adoption of the enterprise process model (blueprint).
- Monitoring and acting upon outputs within the adoption metrics, or KPIs, and integrating them into the business
- Driving 'end-to-end' business ownership of Process, Data, and Reporting.
- Seeking out and solutioning continuous improvement to realize benefits. This includes participation in larger projects as well as small enhancements.
- Implementing our sustainment methodology and principles in line with Molson Coors strategy.
The Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business, IT, or a related field
- 4+ years of plant maintenance experience, end to end receiving, bin and resource management, issuing to delivery, picking, goods issue, and financial management
- Experience with third party distribution center management of inventory, inbound and outbound processes,
- Look beyond symptoms of problems to develop sound, logical analysis to solve difficult problem
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook;) experience in relevant SAP modules a major plus
- Ability to work in virtual teams, matrixed organization and fast paced environment
